From biology to tantra, erotic dance, and clinical sexology — this is the journey that shaped my work with intimacy…

Working with the body has always been at the heart of my work…

After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology & Human Sciences between France and Canada, I continued studying the human experience from multiple perspectives — curious not only about how we function physically, but how we relate to one another and to our environment.

Massage therapy became my next focus. I was drawn to how touch can help the body release tension and stored trauma, and gently reawaken sensation. Working with a wide range of bodies deepened my understanding of embodiment and reinforced my belief that pleasure and healing are deeply interconnected.

My journey then led me to India…

…where I spent two years immersing myself in embodied practices such as breathwork, yoga, and Non-Violent Communication. This was a personal exploration of presence, peace, and aliveness. During this time, I found my way into Neo Tantra, attending numerous retreats and eventually facilitating them myself — marking the beginning of my professional work with intimacy.

After years of leading retreats and offering bodywork across India, Mexico, Germany, and Portugal, I chose to deepen my expertise and formally trained in Clinical Sexology with a French institute. This allowed me to work more precisely with individuals and couples, supporting them in navigating desire, intimacy, and relational dynamics.

Alongside my clinical training, my curiosity and creative
impulse led me into the world of erotic dance

…which I practiced and performed internationally. This path brought me into an even more intimate relationship with my body and taught me how sensuality can be transformed into art and self-expression. My thesis explored erotic dance as a therapeutic tool for women struggling with body image – bridging embodiment, sexuality, and healing.

Over the years, I have explored a wide range of spaces and communities — from sex-positive festivals and polyamorous circles to BDSM events, shibari workshops, and alternative relationship spaces. These experiences offered me a broad and nuanced perspective on the many ways intimacy can be lived, and how often we limit ourselves by inherited norms. This work is not about excess or boundary-lessness — quite the opposite. It’s about discovering what truly suits us, beyond performance or expectation.

Today, I weave all of these experiences into my work, offering 1:1 and couples sessions, bespoke private retreats, and workshops around the world. My intention is to support people in cultivating more aliveness, connection, and pleasure in their lives – something anyone can do, given the right tools and support.
